1. Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Registered Nurse at Westwood Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care to our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Assessing and evaluating the health needs of residents
• Developing and implementing care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
• Ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices

2. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at our facility, you will provide direct care to our residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living
• Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
