Position: Youth Pastor

We are currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Youth Pastor to lead our youth ministry at Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church. The ideal candidate will have a deep faith in Christ, a heart for working with young people, and a desire to help nurture the spiritual growth of our youth members. This is a part-time position with flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate youth activities, events, and programs
• Provide spiritual guidance and mentorship to youth members
• Plan and facilitate youth group meetings and discussions
• Work collaboratively with the church leadership team
• Develop and implement youth outreach initiatives
• Attend church services and events

Qualifications:

• A personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire young people
• Understanding of Baptist beliefs and practices
• Background check and references required
