We Are Hiring: Medical Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team at New Age Medical Clinic. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare providers and ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
• Take patient vital signs and record medical history
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure they are stocked with necessary supplies
• Perform basic laboratory tests and sterilize medical instruments
• Administer medications and vaccines as directed by healthcare providers
• Provide patient education and support
• Manage patient schedules and appointments
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a medical assistant training program
• Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
• Prior experience working in a medical clinic or healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
