Responsibilities:

• Create unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and more
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in choosing the perfect arrangements for their needs
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies to ensure a well-stocked and organized shop
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in floral design and incorporate them into your work
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and a positive work environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a florist or in a floral design role
• Passion for flowers and creating beautiful arrangements
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
