Position: Server

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Servers. As a Server at Olive Garden, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

• Take guest orders and enter them into the POS system accurately
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of menu items and specials
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations when necessary
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Must be at least 18 years old
