• Restaurant Manager
• Head Chef
• Line Cook
• Server
• Dishwasher

Job Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
• Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales

Head Chef

• Create and prepare authentic Vietnamese dishes
• Manage kitchen operations and staff
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met

Line Cook

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking dishes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow recipes and guidelines for consistency

Server

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Take orders and serve food and beverages
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer questions

Dishwasher

• Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Assist with general cleaning duties as needed

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food, dedicated to delivering outstanding service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The following qualifications are preferred for each position:

• Prior experience in a restaurant setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine (for certain positions)
