• Registered Nurse
• Plastic Surgery Coordinator
• Medical Assistant
• Front Desk Receptionist

Job Responsibilities:

Registered Nurse:

• Assist in the pre-operative and post-operative care of patients
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by the surgeon
• Provide patient education on surgical procedures and post-operative care

Plastic Surgery Coordinator:

• Manage patient consultations and scheduling of surgeries
• Coordinate with surgical team to ensure smooth patient flow
• Handle insurance authorizations and billing inquiries

Medical Assistant:

• Assist with patient intake and preparation for appointments
• Perform minor medical procedures under the supervision of the surgeon
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation

Front Desk Receptionist:

• Greet patients and check them in for appointments
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays

Qualifications:

Applicants for all positions must have a strong background in healthcare and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Additional qualifications for each role include:

Registered Nurse:

• Current RN license in the state of Texas
• Prior experience in surgical or outpatient setting preferred
• BLS certification required

Plastic Surgery Coordinator:

• Experience in plastic surgery or healthcare coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of insurance billing and authorization processes

Medical Assistant:

• Completion of a medical assistant program
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Knowledge of EHR systems and medical terminology

Front Desk Receptionist:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in a medical office setting preferred
• Proficiency with basic computer skills
