Job Opening: Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will lead a team of passionate individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory, and customer service
• Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve overall performance
• Train and mentor staff to ensure that they uphold the highest standards of service
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food quality and presentation meet company standards

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Knowledge of Chinese cuisine and culture is a plus

Job Opening: Waitstaff

We are also looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our waitstaff team. As a member of the waitstaff, you will be responsible for providing attentive service to our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, seat them, and provide menus
• Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Ensure that tables are cleared and cleaned efficiently
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred but not required
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
