We are Hiring: Membership Coordinator

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Membership Coordinator to join our team. The Membership Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of membership within our organization, including recruitment, retention, and engagement. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the future of our community and helping individuals connect with their faith.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for recruiting new members to the organization
• Manage the membership database and ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Coordinate member communication and engagement, including newsletters and events
• Track membership trends and provide regular reports to senior leadership
• Collaborate with other team members to promote membership growth and retention

Qualifications

Candidates for the Membership Coordinator position should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Divinity, Religious Studies, etc.)
• Previous experience working in a similar role within a religious organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities
