We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced Child Care Assistant to join our team. As a Child Care Assistant at Lil Learners Academy, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our little learners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of daily lesson plans and activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Provide assistance with meals, diaper changes, and other basic needs
- Engage children in educational and fun activities that promote development
- Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a child care setting
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
