We are Hiring: General Practice Attorney

We are currently seeking a General Practice Attorney to join our team in providing comprehensive legal support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating on behalf of clients and the ability to handle a wide range of legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in general practice areas such as family law, estate planning, real estate, and civil litigation
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure the accuracy of case information
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
• Appear in court on behalf of clients and represent their interests during legal proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in cases

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on general practice areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
