Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Locksmith Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in locks and locksmith services, with a focus on automotive locksmithing. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers with key replacements, lock installations, and other locksmith-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing quotes for services
• Performing key replacements for a wide range of vehicles
• Installing and repairing locks on cars
• Programming keyless entry systems
• Providing emergency lockout services
• Maintaining accurate records of services provided

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a locksmith technician
• Strong knowledge of automotive locks and keys
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or equivalent
