Pizza Chef

As a Pizza Chef at Fornos of Italy, you will play a key role in our kitchen, creating delicious and authentic pizzas for our guests to enjoy. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for Italian cuisine. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing pizza dough and toppings
• Operating pizza ovens and ensuring pizzas are cooked to perfection
• Maintaining a clean and organized work station
• Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

Italian Cuisine Chef

Our Italian Cuisine Chefs are responsible for preparing a variety of traditional Italian dishes from scratch, using family recipes and fresh ingredients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Italian cooking techniques, be able to work in a team environment, and have a passion for creating delicious dishes. Responsibilities include:

• Prepping ingredients and cooking dishes to order
• Crafting sauces, pastas, and other components of Italian dishes
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
• Collaborating with the culinary team to develop new menu items

Server

Our Servers play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, ensuring they have a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have previous serving experience, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and taking food and drink orders
• Delivering dishes to tables in a timely manner
• Answering guest questions and making recommendations
• Processing payments and ensuring guest satisfaction
