Position: Divorce Assistance/ Family Law Attorney

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling divorce cases, child custody disputes, and other family law matters. As a Family Law Attorney at The Vendt Law Firm, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases, interact with clients, and make a meaningful impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in divorce and family law cases
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare for court hearings
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients
• Attend court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
• Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing family law
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
