As a Civil Litigation & Trial Law Attorney at The Winton Law Firm, P.L.L.C., you will be responsible for:

• Handling a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Appearing in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings
• Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and judges
• Negotiating settlements and representing clients in mediations and arbitrations

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in [State] and in good standing with the State Bar
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Civil Litigation & Trial Law
