Position: Auto Repair Technician

As an auto repair technician at Soto’s Auto Care, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of automotive issues. From routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and tire rotations to more complex repairs like engine and transmission work, you will use your expertise to keep our customers’ vehicles running smoothly. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail-oriented, a problem-solver, and has a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive issues efficiently and accurately
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and answer questions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as an auto repair technician
• ASE certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality work
