Job Description

We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team at Memorial Hermann Medical Group Southeast Urology Associates. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring excellence in patient care, and managing a team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the clinic’s schedule and ensure smooth patient flow
• Supervise and lead a team of medical assistants and administrative staff
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Oversee the billing and coding processes
• Collaborate with physicians to optimize clinic operations

Qualifications
