Los Gallitos Mexican Cafe is a family-owned and operated Mexican restaurant located in the heart of downtown. We pride ourselves on providing authentic Mexican cuisine made with fresh, quality ingredients. Our mission is to create a warm and welcoming environment for our customers to enjoy delicious food and exceptional service.

We are Hiring:

We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Line Cook

– Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes according to our recipes
– Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized
– Collaborate with the rest of the kitchen staff to provide high-quality dishes
– Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment is preferred

2. Server

– Take customer orders and serve food and beverages
– Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
– Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and beverages is a plus
– Ability to work well under pressure and multitask

3. Dishwasher

– Wash dishes, pots, and pans in a timely manner
– Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
– Assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
– Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred
