Job Responsibilities

Crew Member:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Prepare and serve Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Cook:

• Prepare and cook Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers menu items according to recipe standards
• Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Shift Manager:

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations during a shift
• Train and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Assistant Restaurant Manager:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control
• Supervise and train team members to uphold brand standards
• Ensure a positive dining experience for all guests

Restaurant Manager:

• Lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and food quality
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Recruit, train, and motivate team members to excel in their roles
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

Each position at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers requires the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and prioritize tasks
• Food safety certification (ServSafe) is a plus
