Job Title: Legal Service Plans Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized assistance to clients in selecting the appropriate legal service plan for their needs
• Educate clients on the benefits of having a legal service plan and how it can help protect their rights and interests
• Coordinate with legal professionals and service providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of legal services to clients
• Answer client inquiries and provide ongoing support throughout the duration of their legal service plan
• Conduct regular reviews of client plans to ensure they are up to date and address any changing legal needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience and drive customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in the legal services industry
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
