Our mission was to provide a unique dining experience with exceptional service and high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Alicia’s Mexican Grille is now closed. However, we are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to join our team in the future.
Job Title: Line Cook
Job Description
As a Line Cook at Alicia’s Mexican Grille, you would have been responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in accordance with our recipes and standards. You would have worked closely with the culinary team to ensure that all orders were prepared accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you would have been required to maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Alicia’s Mexican Grille’s recipes
- Ensure that all food meets quality and presentation standards
- Collaborate with the culinary team to coordinate orders
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
