We have several exciting job opportunities available within our General Merchandise, Video Games, and Games & Supplies departments.

Position: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate at Gamexpress, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their purchases and providing them with product recommendations based on their preferences and needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of video games and gaming accessories, and a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist in restocking inventory and pricing merchandise

Qualifications:

• Prior retail experience preferred
• Passion for video games and gaming products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Position: Inventory Specialist

We are also seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing the store’s inventory, monitoring stock levels, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely product deliveries. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process shipments of merchandise
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Create and maintain product displays
• Coordinate with vendors to place orders and track shipments
• Assist with inventory audits and reporting

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in inventory management preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Knowledge of video game industry trends a plus
