Position: Sales Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Carillo Auto Sales. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle purchase process, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle to meet their needs
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales
• Work closely with the finance department to secure financing for customers
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
