• Packing & Crating Specialist
• Packaging Technician
• Fax Services Assistant

Job Responsibilities

Packing & Crating Specialist

• Handle packing and crating of delicate items, ensuring they are properly secured for shipment
• Work with customers to assess their packing needs and provide recommendations
• Utilize packing materials such as bubble wrap, packing peanuts, and foam to protect items
• Operate packing machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for safe handling and shipping practices

Packaging Technician

• Package shipments according to customer specifications and company standards
• Inspect packaging materials for quality and accuracy before use
• Label packages and complete necessary documentation for shipping
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of packaging supplies
• Ensure all shipments are processed in a timely manner to meet shipping deadlines

Fax Services Assistant

• Provide fax services to customers, including sending and receiving faxes
• Assist customers with faxing documents and troubleshooting any issues
• Maintain fax machines and equipment to ensure functionality
• Handle confidential documents with care and maintain customer privacy
• Assist in other office duties as needed

Qualifications

Successful candidates for these positions will possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in packing & shipping services is a plus
