Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Overview:

• Assist customers in selecting the perfect major appliance, used major appliance, washer, or dryer to meet their needs
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and pricing
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals
• Keep the showroom clean and organized

Qualifications:

• Prior retail sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of major appliances, used major appliances, washers, and dryers a plus
