We are currently looking to hire for the following positions:

Packing & Crating Service

At Moore & Son Moving Company, we understand the importance of proper packing and crating to ensure the safe transportation of our customers’ belongings. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and have experience in packing and crating services. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Packing household items securely in boxes
• Wrapping fragile items in protective materials
• Building custom crates for valuable or delicate items
• Labeling boxes for easy identification

Movers & Full Service Storage

Our team of movers plays a crucial role in handling and transporting our customers’ belongings with care and efficiency. We are seeking individuals who are physically fit, reliable, and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Loading and unloading household items onto moving trucks
• Securing items in the truck to prevent damage during transportation
• Assembling and disassembling furniture as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times

Moving Services-Labor & Materials

The moving services-labor & materials team is responsible for providing labor and materials necessary for moving projects. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, team players, and have experience in the moving industry. Responsibilities for this position include:

• Assisting with packing, loading, and unloading items
• Ensuring all necessary materials are stocked and ready for use
• Operating moving equipment such as dollies and hand trucks
• Working efficiently to complete moving projects on schedule

Requirements:

• Prior experience in the moving industry is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for certain positions)
