Job Description

As a Massage Therapist at Cheeva Som Retreat, you will be responsible for providing a range of massage treatments to our clients. You will work closely with our guests to understand their individual needs and preferences, tailoring each treatment to ensure a truly personalized experience. You will have the opportunity to work in a serene and tranquil environment, helping our clients relax and unwind from the stresses of daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages
• Consult with clients to determine their specific needs and concerns
• Create a peaceful and calming atmosphere for each client
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment rooms
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Adhere to all spa policies and protocols

Qualifications

• Valid Massage Therapist license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spa or wellness center
• Proficiency in various massage techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Passion for helping others relax and de-stress
