Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Woodforest Academy is currently seeking passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator at Woodforest Academy, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and help them develop the skills they need to succeed in school and beyond.

Job Responsibilities:

– Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
– Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
– Provide individualized support to children based on their unique needs
– Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support children’s growth and development
– Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
– Document and assess children’s progress
– Attend staff meetings and professional development training

Qualifications:

– A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
– Previous experience working with young children
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Knowledge of child development theories and practices
– CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
– Ability to pass a background check
