Position: Catering Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Catering Manager to join our team. The Catering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our catering operations, including coordinating events, managing staff, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute catering events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties
• Work closely with clients to customize menus and ensure all dietary restrictions are accommodated
• Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Monitor inventory and place orders for catering supplies
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and address any concerns or feedback

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering or event planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus
