We are Hiring for the Following Position:

Catering Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute catering events, including weddings, corporate events, and private parties
• Coordinate with clients to create customized menus that meet their needs and budget
• Manage catering staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Ensure that all catering events are executed smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
• Work closely with the restaurant manager to promote catering services and drive sales

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in catering or event planning
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Mexican cuisine and culture is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering software
