Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

Job Description:

As a Retail Sales Associate at Beds to Go, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect mattress and bedding products to meet their needs. You will provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, providing product information, and processing sales transactions. Additionally, you will help maintain the showroom floor, restock merchandise, and contribute to the overall success of the store.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product information and answer customer questions
• Assist customers in selecting the right mattress and bedding products
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom floor
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory management
• Contribute to achieving sales goals and targets
• Work as part of a team to ensure a positive customer experience

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of mattresses and bedding products is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
