Job Title: Line Cook
Job Description:
- Prepare and cook authentic Mexican dishes from scratch following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure food safety standards are met in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Knowledge of traditional Mexican cuisine and ingredients
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Food Handler’s Certificate is a plus
