Job Responsibilities

As a member of the Concierge Luxury Care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. Responsibilities may include:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with individual care plans
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and documenting patient progress and vital signs
• Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all clients
• Communicating effectively with healthcare team members and family members

Qualifications

At Concierge Luxury Care, we are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals who possess the following qualifications:

• Valid RN, LPN, or CNA license (depending on position)
• Experience in home health care, assisted living, or nursing care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Passion for providing high-quality care and support to others
