We are currently hiring for the following positions:
1. General Contractor
As a General Contractor at Trim Cos, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Your duties will include coordinating with subcontractors, managing project schedules, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in general contracting
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
2. Architectural Engineer
As an Architectural Engineer at Trim Cos, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. Your duties will include creating detailed drawings and specifications, reviewing blueprints, and ensuring that projects meet industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architectural engineering and a creative eye for design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural plans and blueprints for construction projects
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Perform site visits and inspections to assess progress and quality of work
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create accurate drawings and models
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in architectural engineering
Qualifications:
- Degree in architectural engineering or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
