Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and assistance to customers regarding martial arts equipment and supplies
• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate gear based on their martial arts discipline and level of experience
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in the martial arts equipment industry
• Process orders and handle inventory management
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for customers
