We are Hiring for the Following Position:

Position: Line Cook

Job Description:

As a Line Cook at Taco Palenque, you will be responsible for preparing food items according to our recipes and standards. This includes cooking meat, seafood, and vegetables, as well as assembling dishes before they are served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cooking and preparing food items according to recipe
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
• Ensuring food safety standards are met
• Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality dishes in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Food handler’s certification is a plus
