We Are Hiring

Are you passionate about food and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant setting? If so, we want you to join our team! Blake’s BBQ & Burgers is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the following positions:

1. Line Cook

• Prepare and cook delicious barbecue and burger dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food service
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines

2. Server

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food, and addressing customer needs
• Memorize the menu and make recommendations to customers
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

3. Catering Coordinator

• Assist customers in selecting menu items for catering events
• Coordinate catering orders and deliveries with the kitchen and delivery team
• Ensure all catering orders are prepared and delivered on time
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of catering orders and payments

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are committed to providing exceptional service and are passionate about food. The following requirements apply to all positions:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or catering environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Food handler’s certificate (preferred)
