Position: Insurance Sales Agent

Job Location: Houston, Texas

Job Description:

As an Insurance Sales Agent at Texas Insurance Agency, you will be responsible for selling and promoting insurance policies to new and existing clients. You will work closely with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs and recommend the appropriate coverage options. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and drive sales of flood insurance, homeowners insurance, and auto insurance policies
• Educate clients on different insurance options and assist them in selecting the best coverage for their needs
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to prospective clients
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance policies

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field
• Active insurance license in the state of Texas
• Strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
