Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Representative at State Farm: David Cohen, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families protect their assets with our comprehensive insurance products. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, assessing their needs, and recommending customized insurance solutions that meet their coverage requirements. Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while growing our client base and contributing to the agency’s overall success.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate clients on various insurance products such as auto, home, and renters insurance
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Handle policy changes, claims, and inquiries from clients
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the agency
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Licensing in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
