Position: Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Northshore Medical Supplies, you will be responsible for driving sales and building relationships with healthcare facilities and professionals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities
– Maintain and grow existing client accounts
– Provide product demonstrations and training
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
– Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements:

– Previous sales experience in the medical equipment and supplies industry preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong negotiation and presentation skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field

Position: Customer Service Representative

We are also looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

– Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
– Process orders and returns
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Provide product information and recommendations
– Maintain accurate customer records

Requirements:

– Previous customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Excellent attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
