Job Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service to clients in need of credit card processing solutions
Assist clients with setting up merchant accounts and POS systems
Educate clients on the benefits of our services and help them choose the right solutions for their business
Work closely with our sales team to generate new business opportunities
Resolve any technical or billing issues that may arise with clients’ accounts
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in credit card processing or merchant services
Strong understanding of point of sale systems and payment processing technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
