Crawfish N More is a well-established Creole and Cajun restaurant located in the heart of New Orleans. We pride ourselves on serving authentic Southern cuisine to our loyal customers, and we are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team. Position: Line Cook

We are looking for experienced line cooks to prepare delicious dishes for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Creole and Cajun cuisine and be able to work well under pressure. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing ingredients for menu items
• Cooking and assembling dishes according to recipes
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely service

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen
• Knowledge of Creole and Cajun cooking techniques
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Food handler’s certificate (preferred)

Position: Server

We are also hiring servers to provide exceptional customer service at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a friendly and outgoing personality, with a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating customers
• Taking orders and serving food and drinks
• Answering customer questions and providing menu recommendations
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a server in a restaurant setting
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Knowledge of Creole and Cajun cuisine (preferred)

Position: Dishwasher

We are seeking hardworking individuals to join our team as dishwashers. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include:

• Washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and pans
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organized
• Assisting with food prep as needed

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Strong work ethic and reliability
