We are currently looking to expand our team and have openings for the following positions:

Pet Groomer:

As a Pet Groomer at TLC Pet Grooming, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, and other small animals. Your duties will include bathing, brushing, styling, and trimming fur, as well as nail clipping and ear cleaning. The ideal candidate should have previous grooming experience, be comfortable handling animals of all sizes and temperaments, and have a keen eye for detail.

Pet Care Specialist:

Our Pet Care Specialists play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of all pets in our care. Responsibilities include feeding, walking, and providing companionship to our furry clients. In addition, Pet Care Specialists assist groomers with bathing and drying pets, as well as maintaining a clean and organized grooming area. The ideal candidate should be passionate about animals, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer Service Representative:

Our Customer Service Representatives are the face of TLC Pet Grooming and play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries about grooming services. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have a genuine love for pets.

Requirements:

• Must have a passion for pets and their well-being
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Prior experience in pet grooming (for Groomer position)
• Familiarity with different grooming techniques and styles
• Ability to lift and handle pets of various sizes
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
