Position: Youth Minister

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a youth ministry program that engages and empowers young people
• Lead and coordinate youth group meetings, activities, and events
• Provide pastoral care and support to youth members
• Collaborate with church leadership to integrate youth activities into the overall church program
• Build relationships with youth and their families to foster a sense of community and belonging

Qualifications:

• A strong commitment to Christian faith and values
• Prior experience working with youth in a church or community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and organize events and activities
• Team player with a positive attitude
