We are currently seeking passionate and skilled individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Criminal Law Attorney:

• Represent clients in criminal cases in state and federal court
• Research and analyze legal issues related to criminal law
• Prepare and present legal arguments in court
• Negotiate plea deals and settlements on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on legal rights and options

DUI & DWI Attorney:

• Defend clients facing charges of driving under the influence or driving while intoxicated
• Review and analyze evidence related to DUI & DWI cases
• Advise clients on the potential consequences of DUI & DWI charges
• Develop defense strategies to challenge DUI & DWI allegations
• Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations with prosecutors

Federal Law Attorney:

• Handle cases involving federal crimes such as white-collar offenses, drug trafficking, and immigration violations
• Research and interpret federal laws and regulations
• Defend clients in federal court proceedings
• Negotiate with federal prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
• Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the legal process

Qualifications:

• Law degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar association (additional admission to federal bar for federal law positions)
• Prior experience in criminal law, DUI & DWI defense, or federal law
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
