We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated General Practice Attorney to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about helping individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from start to finish
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies
• Represent clients in court proceedings
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar
• 2+ years of experience practicing law, preferably in personal injury
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and research abilities
