Position Available: Front Desk Associate

As a Front Desk Associate at Baron Inn, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

– Welcoming guests upon arrival and checking them into their rooms
– Answering phone inquiries and making reservations
– Providing information about local attractions and amenities
– Handling guest requests and ensuring their satisfaction during their stay
– Processing payments and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Proficiency in computer systems and knowledge of booking software
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Position Available: Housekeeping Staff

Our housekeeping staff play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our motel. Responsibilities include:

– Cleaning and preparing guest rooms for arrival
– Changing linens and towels
– Restocking amenities and supplies
– Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
– Ensuring all areas of the motel are kept tidy and organized

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in housekeeping is an asset
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
– Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
– Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
– Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
