– Conducting routine maintenance checks on existing draft beer systems
– Troubleshooting issues and making necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance
– Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

2. Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative for Houston Draft Solutions, you will be the face of our company, interacting with potential clients and promoting our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:

– Identifying and reaching out to potential customers in the liquor store, beer & ale, and restaurant industries
– Presenting our draft beer systems and equipment to clients in a compelling and informative manner
– Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
– Collaborating with the technical team to ensure seamless installations and customer support

3. Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at Houston Draft Solutions, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support. Your role will involve:

– Answering phone calls and responding to emails from clients seeking assistance
– Troubleshooting minor issues remotely and dispatching technicians for more complex problems
– Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
