Job Title: Automotive Racing Technician

Job Description

Are you a gearhead with a passion for performance? Do you have a background in automotive racing and a knack for solving complex problems? If so, Awt Motorsports wants you to join our team as an Automotive Racing Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing high-performance vehicles for our racing events. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure that our cars are always at their peak performance levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance on racing vehicles
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with vehicle performance
• Install and tune engine components for maximum horsepower
• Conduct trackside support during racing events
• Collaborate with engineers to implement performance upgrades

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive racing or high-performance vehicle maintenance
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Team player with excellent communication skills
