About Us:

Cafe Byblos is a charming cafe located in the heart of downtown, offering a unique dining experience that showcases the flavors of the Mediterranean. Our menu features a variety of delicious dishes, from traditional Lebanese cuisine to artisanal coffee blends.

We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Barista

As a Barista at Cafe Byblos, you will be responsible for crafting the perfect cup of coffee for our guests. We are looking for individuals with a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. Your duties will include:
– Taking customer orders and providing recommendations
– Preparation of coffee beverages
– Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
– Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner

2. Line Cook

Our Line Cooks play a vital role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our menu offerings. We are seeking experienced individuals who are passionate about cooking and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include:
– Preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes
– Keeping the kitchen area clean and sanitary
– Assisting with inventory management
– Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service

3. Server

As a Server at Cafe Byblos, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional service to our guests. We are looking for outgoing and attentive individuals to join our team. Responsibilities include:
– Greeting and seating guests
– Taking food and drink orders
– Delivering orders to tables in a timely manner
– Providing information about menu items and specials
